How much is the 21-day Challenge?
The full course is £21.00. You'll be asked to pay the full amount when you sign up.
How does the Challenge work?
You'll receive an email from us every day for the 21 Days (plus an additional Welcome Email). The Welcome Email is sent on the start date of the Challenge, so if you don't receive anything from us on the start date, please get in touch.
The daily email could include an audio exercise with a visualisation, a how-to video, inspiration, exercises, journal prompts, and tools that you can download.
The content changes every day, so don't forget to check your inbox!
What happens to the email address that I sign up with?
We'll keep it on file so we can share the challenge materials with you, but we will not share your information with anyone at all. Make sure you sign up with the email where you want to receive your Challenge materials.
How long is the challenge?
The Challenge is 21 days with a welcome day before we kick off!
When does it start?
The next Challenge begins on the 20th of June, 2021.
How much time do I need to commit every day?
That depends on you! The content will take a minimum of 15 minutes a day to read, watch, or listen to, but some exercises will require some additional time.
